In collaboration with Canvas Bangkok, the Michelin-starred restaurant, we present a new seasonal menu shaped by the concept of duality—an exploration of the interplay between human and non-human dining rituals. At the heart of this experience lies a curiosity: how do other species eat, gather, and share food? And what can we learn from them?

Through the lens of interspecies dining, we invite guests to rethink the boundaries of consumption and delight in the diverse culinary practices found across the natural world. Imagine tasting a dish inspired by the nectar-drinking hummingbird, where hand-crafted ceramics evoke the delicate architecture of its nest. Or sampling a playful interpretation of an ant’s communal potluck—where unexpected ingredients and arrangements transform your plate into a celebration of collective gathering.
This season is an invitation to experience food anew: to observe, mimic, and honour the instinctive intelligence of the animal kingdom. In doing so, we embrace transformation—of ingredients, of perspectives, and of the way we connect with what nourishes us.
